Condo Administrator in Portugal 2026: Duties, Obligations and Removal
The Portuguese condo administrator is elected by simple majority (Civil Code Art. 1435). Key duties: convene and chair assemblies, execute resolutions, manage budget, maintain the reserve fund (min. 10%), take out building insurance, and provide documents to condóminos within 10 working days (Lei 8/2022).
