How does this calculator work?
CSRD sets three size thresholds: more than 250 employees, more than €50M revenue and more than €25M balance sheet. If your company exceeds at least 2 of these 3 thresholds, it is required to report under CSRD starting FY2025 (reporting in 2026). Listed companies (except listed micro-enterprises) were already required starting FY2024 (reporting in 2025).
This calculator applies those criteria in a simplified way. The actual timeline may vary depending on national transposition and specific cases (e.g. listed SMEs with their own timeline).
