Can multiple users access IgeraGestories simultaneously on the Professional plan?
Yes. The Professional plan includes up to 3 simultaneous users accessing the firm knowledge base. Each user has their own profile (tax, labour, accounting, administrative) with permissions configured by the administrator. If the firm needs more users, the Enterprise plan has no limit on simultaneous users.
Can the knowledge base be segmented by area (tax, labour, accounting)?
Yes. The knowledge base can be organised into thematic collections: tax, labour, accounting, corporate law. Each technician accesses their area collection as a priority, but can also consult the others. This segmentation improves response precision and prevents labour regulations from appearing in responses to tax queries.
Does it integrate with our CRM or ERP (A3, Sage, Holded)?
On the Professional plan, IgeraGestories operates independently via web widget and internal panel. There is no native integration with A3, Sage Despachos or Holded on this plan. For API integrations with the firm management systems, the Enterprise plan includes REST API access and technical integration documentation.
Are client documents isolated per firm?
Yes. IgeraGestories has a multi-tenant architecture: each firm has its knowledge base completely isolated from others. Documents you upload (articles of association, collective agreements, internal regulations) are only accessible from your account. Igera Solutions cannot access client documents without express authorisation.
What support is included in the Professional plan?
The Professional plan includes email support with a 24-business-hour response time, access to online documentation, a 45-minute onboarding video call with the Igera Solutions team and a quarterly usage review and optimisation session. Priority support with a 4-hour SLA and a dedicated account manager are included in the Enterprise plan.
