Do you offer annual contracts with a discount?
Yes. The Enterprise plan on an annual contract carries a 20% discount compared to the monthly price (equivalent to 2 months free). The annual contract also includes priority SLA, a dedicated account manager and quarterly training sessions with the Igera Solutions team. For networks of more than 5 offices, we negotiate custom pricing.
Do you hold ISO 27001 certification or equivalent?
IgeraGestories operates on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure (cloud providers within the European Union). The product itself is in the process of obtaining ISO 27001 certification for 2026. All Enterprise clients receive a detailed security report, a GDPR Data Processing Agreement and security architecture documentation under NDA.
Can we run a pilot at one office before rolling out to all offices?
Yes. That is the approach we recommend for multi-office networks. The 30-day pilot at a single office validates the technical integration, knowledge base fit and team adoption. With the learnings from the pilot, the rollout to other offices is faster and with less friction. The Igera Solutions team accompanies the entire process.
Does the API support webhooks for integrating with Salesforce or Dynamics?
Yes. The IgeraGestories Enterprise REST API includes webhook support for events: new query received, response generated, query escalated to technician, user feedback. These webhooks can be sent to any HTTP endpoint, including Salesforce (via Flow), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (via Power Automate) or any CRM with a webhook receiver.
What is the uptime SLA for the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan guarantees a monthly uptime SLA of 99.5%, with resolution time for critical incidents of under 4 hours and proactive notification within 30 minutes of detection.
